Hi. This is TJ Davis, founder of BasketballFIT, and this is our origin story: You see, five years ago I found myself waking up each morning wondering,
“Is this all there is?”
My life was dull.  I lacked the energy and excitement that I saw in the lives of the people I looked up to.

I was in the worst physical shape of my life, even though I had tried numerous times to adopt traditional workout plans a programs.  I wondered why I wasn’t strong enough to make the changes I knew I needed to make.

One particularly depressing day as I considered hitting the snooze button for the 5th time, I looked down and saw a basketball at the foot of my bed.  It reminded me of my love for the game and that fact that I hadn’t played for a loooong time.
That morning, instead of snoozing I took my ball to the local gym and spent 45 minutes alone with the game of basketball…
and it changed my life forever.
That moment, that decision was the turning point.
Fast forward to today!
I’ve turned my obsession with cutting-edge basketball training, my high school coaching background, and my Bachelor of Exercise Science university degree into a hoops-centered membership program that is not only effective from a fitness standpoint, but it also requires zero willpower. 

Why?  Because the entire program is based around doing something that you ALREADY love to do.  Play basketball.
When you were a kid, did you hoop because you wanted to lose some extra pounds?
Not a chance.
You played because you loved the game.
